MEET AISHA STEPTOE: PRINCIPAL
Aisha Y. Steptoe, Founder & Principal of The Emergent Group, is an experienced and strategic leader with over 20 years of supply chain, management consulting, and business transformation experience. She has worked for leading global organizations such as The Coca Cola Company, KPMG LLP, Georgia Pacific, and General Mills, Inc. where she developed operational strategies that optimized business processes and operational effectiveness in several areas of supply chain including manufacturing, demand planning, supply/logistics planning, inventory management, transportation, and product commercialization.
Prior to establishing The Emergent Group, Aisha was the Group Director of System Transformation Operations in The Coca Cola Company’s North America supply chain organization. In this role, she was a senior leader in a strategic, cross-functional team formed to execute the company’s 21st Century Beverage Partnership Model, which became the largest refranchising initiative in the Consumer Product industry.
